1. How much web space and bandwidth do I get?
All accounts receive 2 GB (2,000 MB) of web space and 20 GB (20,000 MB) of bandwidth. More web space and bandwidth can be added to your account.

2. Can I use my own SSL certificate?
Yes, when you place your order make sure to mention that you want to use your own SSL certificate and specify where the SSL will be purchased from in the notes section of the order form.

3. Can I upgrade or downgrade website accounts?
Yes, just contact your website account manager and let them know what you would like and they will adjust your account.

4. How do I create an email box?
Contact your website account manager and send them the new email address you want created (include a password or one will be created for it) and the size of webspace (in mb) you would like as its maximum limit.

5. Do I get FTP access to my website?
No, at this time FTP access for clients is not permitted. If you need something uploaded to your website please contact your website account manager.

6. How do I know how much monthly webmaster support I have?
You can ask your website account manager for an estimate of time left to do any tasks you might need done.

7. If sometime after using your service if I want to do a complete website design change, will the 1 hour of webmaster support cover that or how much will it cost?
Contact your website account manager with the details of the new website design and depending on how complex it is will determine how many hours it will take and how much it might cost.

8. Will you enter inventory data into the shopping cart system as part of the 1 hour webmaster support?
No, but if you need help formatting any text please contact your website account manager for assistance.

9. Can I import inventory data into the shopping cart system?
Yes, data can be imported. Please contact your website account manager to see what is possible with your data.

10. Can I order the Optional Search Engine Submission Service for a one time submission and website optimization?
Yes, for a one time fee of $55.00. Please contact your website account manager if you would like to order this.
